Tous les produits vendus par Back Market ont été reconditionnées par des technicien qualifiés. Le processus de reconditionnement de leurs produits suit 4 étapes :

  1. L'état fonctionnel du produit est contrôlé en conditions réelles d'utilisation pour identifier d'éventuel défault. Les techniciens de Back Market suivent une liste détaillée de points de contrôle pour s'assurer de la qualité de ce diagnostic. Rien n'est laissé au hasard.
  2. Si nécessaire, le produit est réparé et les pièces d'usure sont remplacées.

Bon à savoir : En france, depuis février 2022, il existe une définition légale pour le terme "reconditionné".
